Kyle made an assessment and fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. Kyle could have made a recommendation to set up another time to fix the issue, but he made the decision to fix the problem while he was here. That is great service in our day and time. I had a fantastic experience with Varsity Zone. I originally called them out for standard HVAC maintenance, but they identified an underlying issue that I hadn't noticed. Instead of leaving me without heat/AC while we waited for the new parts to arrive, they set up a temporary fix to keep the system running comfortably.
Once the parts arrived, they returned immediately, installed everything super quickly, and configured the system perfectly. I was also impressed by how they treated my home—they left the work area spotless. It’s rare to find that level of care and efficiency. Highly recommend!
